I can’t find the Ozzy Osbourne action figure made by McFarlane Toys anyhere in the Toronto area.  If you know where I can buy one and for I have checked Toys R Us, Walmart, etc…

You are talking about the McFarlane who creates the Spawn comics right? I don’t know if this will help but you could try his web site. You can get covers of his art work, get information on his KISS projects, and order several items (toys?) from there.
