everything is personal taste, i just love zakks angry harmonics and guitar sound – which is a lot better than randys – but then again production in randys day isnt what it is today. i still dont think randy was the greatest ever, sure he was good for his time but technically there are better players. i will leave you with several words NUNO,VAI,MALMSTIEN ( even though he is a cocksucker )

Let me preface this by saying that I think Zak is an excellent player but there is no way in heaven or hell that he is a better musician than Randy Rhoads was. Randy was born with gifts that a whole army full of players don’t have nor can they be learned. I had the pleasure of seeing Randy play live 5 times and his stage presence was huge.
