I think "Spacy Tracy" is right. I don’t think you have to feel "guilty" for anything. We all get upset at times. With "SaSha" it’s not hard to let her/it get the best of you. However, I do think you are a good person (don’t care about the past). There is not one person here who doesn’t regret one thing in their life they may have done or said. No one is "perfect". If you stop addressing their posts, soon they will become bored and fizzle away into the horizon.
