SHARON HURT IN EATERY ATTACK SHARON Osbourne was rushed to the hospital after a run-in with the young agent who took home a $40,000 diamond necklace in a disputed raffle conducted by the Osbournes on New Year’s Eve. Shron, wife of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, was "viciously attacked" by Renee Tab, 26, an ICM junior agent, after the two got into a heated tiff at a Beverly Hills restaurant Thursday night, Osbourne’s publicist Lisa Vega said. Vega said Sharon was rushed to a hospital where she was treated and released. "We cannot give out any details about the injuries she suffered, but she was released and is feeling better," Vega said. Vega would not say which members of the Osbourne family were having dinner with Sharon, who has been valiantly battling colon cancer. The incident apparently stemmed from a feud that dates back to last New Year’s Eve, when Ozzy and Sharon marked their 20th anniversary by renewing their vows at a party at the Beverly Hills Hotel. During that bash, Tab won a $40,000 diamond and sapphire necklace with matching earrings. But Sharon later accused Tab of being a gate-crashing thief who had no right to the prize. Tab, who claimed she went to the party as the date of an invited guest, also said she won the necklace fair and square. The young ten-percenter said she had gone to a friend’s Thanksgiving party attended by Jack Osbourne, Ozzy and Sharon’s son. Weeks later, Tab’s sister told her they had been invited by Jack, through a mutual friend, to the Dec. 31 festivities. There, Tab and her group went to a faux casino where they were handed chips. A dealer told Tab to exchange her winnings for raffle tickets, which she did, and that’s when she won the grand prize. The next day, Tab said, she learned that Sharon wanted the jewelry back. Osbourne filed a police report claiming Tab had crashed the party and rigged the raffle by "stealing" tickets. Sharon later issued a press release to shame Tab into returning the jewelry. Sharon, who was undergoing chemotherapy at the time, was so upset she had to be hospitalized for three days. Intense negotiations ensued which even involved Tab’s boss, ICM head Jeff Berg, but Tab refused to return the baubles. Tab could not immediately be reached.

Cops Probe Alleged Sharon Osbourne Fight Apr 11, 10:23 PM (ET) LOS ANGELES (AP) – Police are investigating an alleged fight between reality-TV star Sharon Osbourne and a Hollywood agent in a restaurant, a department spokesman said Friday. The incident occurred Thursday evening at Koi Japanese restaurant on La Cienega Boulevard, where Osbourne, rocker husband Ozzy and their son, Jack, were dining, Sgt. John Pasquariello said. The other woman allegedly involved in the fracas was Renee Tab of the talent agency ICM. "(Sharon) started with spitting on her and calling her names," said Tab’s attorney, Nejila K. Brent. Osbourne spokeswoman Lisa Vega issued a statement to the media saying her client had been "viciously assaulted" and treated at a hospital for injuries. In an interview, she refused to characterize the injuries or say where Osbourne had been struck. Tab and Osbourne have been in a dispute since January over whether the agent belonged at an Osbourne party where she won the door prize, a $15,000 necklace. Vega said that dispute remains unresolved. Tab said Osbourne was waiting for her to leave and then spit on her, while Osbourne claims she was physically struck by Tab, according to police. "What we just did was take two reports listing each other as suspects and victims on each one," Pasquariello said. "The city attorney will determine at some point whether there’s any criminal involvement." If charges are filed, he added, they would be "on the low end of the misdemeanor scale."
