Question:

Sammy Hagar of Van Halen is like Dio with Sabbath! Dave brought magik to Van Halen on vocals the way Ozzy did for Sabbath. I would love it if Van Halen & Dave did a 79 reunion with Ozzy & Sabbath at Ozzfest 98. I think seeing Kiss at Ozzfest would be cool be cool.

Actually I agree.  Besides the fact that Sammy kicked ass, and Eddie should have gotten down in his knees and kissed some Hagar ass, Gary Cherone’s voice doesn’t sound very Van Halenish to me.  Though I’ve been surprised before. Take Maiden’s first singer, and then Dickinson.  Different voice types, both sounded great with the band.  We’ll have to wait and see I guess (though how much longer god only knows, by the time this album comes out Eddie will have kicked Gary out, and they’ll be asking Roth back:)   OZZY ROCKS Jared

Actually VH screwed up when they parted ways w/ Diamond Dave, but I don’t think Gary Cherone will fit in with the talent that is contained in the band…I actually like Extreme too, I just dont think it will work out

I like Megadeth!!  Why should Anthrax  be on the second stage?  They are just as good as the main stage bands.

I read an interview with Dave Mustaine a while ago in which he said Megadeth didn’t want to do Ozzfest last year because there wasn’t enough money in it.   Jeez, if I’d PAY good money just to have the privilege of sharing a stage with Sabbath!

Well, I was chatting with Dave and Ozzy the other day.  Dave brought up a good point relating to the Ozzfest shows. And Ozzy said, I don’t Fuckin’ care, I’m not gonna be there you bloody nit wit.  Just kidding. I don’t know Dave or Ozzy.  But I was on the phone with James Hetfield. He finally came out and admitted that the new stuff sucks! Just kidding again. Well, the new stuff DOES suck.
