Question:
Here’s a whole new angle for you….. I’ve got a Dunlop Crybaby – not a bass wah, a guitar wah. This wicked bassist I recommended it and it sounds great (though it can get a bit lost on tiny practise amps) Try it out instore.
Response:
I’ve had good luck with a Bass Crybaby. Sounds sweet on Fly Away. Morleys are OK. Stay away from Snarling Dogs….its a piece of crap. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – >I am a beginner bass player, and I was wondering what the best wah pedal >is for a bass. Go with a Morley
Response:
Yes, go with a Morley. I actually own a Morley PBA Bass Wah(the blue one) and its great. all the lows are still there and there’s no pot to wear out. and the switchless feature is a good idea too, just step on it Share what you know. Learn what you don’t.

my advice is if you are just starting to play forget about a Wah pedal for right now and concentrate on your playing. If you really need to bye something buy a metronome and work with that. Save the cash for the pedal. Ray
