a bassist i’m getting into [shoot me i forget his name..] is the bassist from sly and the family stone.. i got a bass book awhile ago that came with a cd, never listened to it until recently.. has some crappy country bassist, jaco, the tower of power bassist and this guy.. well i’m not a big funk fan but i think i’m liking it more.. he has some awesome slap bass lines that i wish to god i could play.. btw- john mcVie is a good bassist i agree. np-metallica …and justice for all – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > Great list. You’re looking at possibly several thousand entries to this list. You might as well ask "I need a list of people that live in Texas." Actually, the boundaries for that querry would be much clearer.
