You’re right, he didn’t deserve anything to deserve Jarl’s music other than rob the Cuban people of their freedom, destroy their economy beyond repair and just generally make their life a living hell, so much so that some of them would rather risk their lives in inner tube boats trying to escape than to stay. For that he should have a separate Jarl mp3 playing in each ear through headphones, running in a constant loop, and both mp3 files should be different lengths. He should be duct taped into a chair and made to listen to that for 24 hours. But only on his birthdays, the rest of the year he can wait and think about his next birthday and his next dose of Jarlistic punishment.
