Kareem, I believe that you are thinking of Best Of Ozz which was a Japanese only import. Ten Commandments was released in the U.S. for a limited time. As far as greatest hits packages it is ok and for the price, it will be better to wait for the Ozzman Cometh. The 10 Commandments was a limited edition compilation. It is no longer in print. You can usually find them at record conventions for $20 to $50. Sometimes more. If you are lucky, you can find one at a used place or pawn show, but not likely. Most store owners are onto the rarity of this piece.
