– Hello my metal brethren. I am a frequent poster of alt.music.dio Evidently some things got cross posted between the groups, and it offended people. I will state that I love Ozzy. I have followed his career for years. However, I like Dio, better. This is not a flame. I am fans of both, I saw Dio twice and Ozzy twice, as well. I have a problem, though. There are people "flaming" the Dio NG. I don;t know that they are coming from here, but they aren’t alt.music.black_sabbath posters. The truth is, most people at alt.music.dio, don’t come here to flame you guys, Someone claimed that happened. If it did, I appologize, personally. to you. There was a big deal of juvenile cross-posting between several posters. Now there are people in alt.music.dio that are really posting immature garbage. I wont post names and stuff, for they may not even be coming from this NG, but I hope they will realize how childish it is. This stuff doesn’t need to continue. I have talked to the brothers and sisters at alt.music.dio to not continue this flame war. I hope, that if the trolls did come from this group, you will have the decency to stop. Not all people in the newsgroups you fame, hate Ozzy. You make the other fans, look bad. At this time of year, I would like to wish all of my brothers and sisters a wonderful, safe, peaceful, and loving winter, and new year. Don’t forget those who are less fortunate.
