Question:

Hello all,         I played guitar as a hobbie for years then lost interest.  But lately I’ve noticed my ear picking out bass lines from songs.  So I thought just maybe a Bass would spark some new interest.         I stopped in the music store, picked up a low end Charvel, plugged it in and fooled around with it for an hour.  I loved it. Then I picked up a used U.S. Hammer.  *Amazing*  I bought it on the spot.  Spent too much money but who cares.         So any Good/Bad comments from Hammer owners?  The dealer says it is a 91 Scarab.           Also, any adive on switching from guitar to bass?  CD recommendations to inspire a new bass player?  Amp recommendations? Ayone want to come over and Jam?  ;)  I’ll buy the beer. Later, Matt.
