Sinner!!! Repent now or burn forever in the fires of hell!!! I can understand not liking Limp, Korn, and especially Poison. The Stones come in ahead of any of them for me, but not much ahead. But the Beatles? Come on, they are one of the most talented rock bands to ever hit the scene, they are one of the most influential rock bands ever and Most people agree that everything post-Revolver is just unbelievable music. You got insulted because someone asked if someone could help them find tabs for a Beatles song. You responded with a resounding (and more wordy) "BEATLES SUCK!" Which was completely uncalled for and a completely useless post. (and also contrary to what 70% of people under the age of 60 think.) BTW, I love the Beatles, but only after Revolver. I also love Metallica, but only before they released their self titled CD which was the first Metallica CD to (IMHO) suck. Hmmm…too bad you don’t like The Beatles. But that is ok. The truth of the matter is they did open the door for an abundance of what we listen to today. Also, recording techniques that they, along with Sir George Martin, literally invented are still used by all of those groups you mention. We should all have a bit of respect for the things that come before us and allow us the space and time to do what we do. And, on a closing note, I hate to tell you this…all of those things you play that you feel give you some modicum of talent…I have pre-teen students that can play that stuff. Maybe that is true that they invented techniques. Hey, I am not going to lie, I was ONCE a Beatle fan. Bit I got tired of them getting credit for every single good thing in the music business. they were talented noe-the-les but they get annoying. Your pre-teen students may be able to play that, so what. Do they play it with the same feel? I can play a shitload ofPrimus and megadeth too.
