it is not that i am exceptionally smart and well read that i even know what asystole means. i just watch way too much er. i had to look up torsades de point–that’s not easy you know. thank you anyways. and i have a friend who is in a death-metal band–like sepultura or static-x–and they needed a name for their band. i think medical terms are cool, and mysterious because most of us don’t know what they mean. so i suggested asystole–it’s good and morbid, and axilla, which is the medical term for armpit–not a very positive image or thought. they nixed my ideas and went with deathtrip. how obvious and unimaginative can you get?
