Question:
JC are you saying Dio is better than Ozzy live? If so, wouldn’t this be an individual opinion? And you state it as fact! If Dio is better than Ozzy, why do most Sabbath fans want Ozzy back? And why is it that if Ozzy states something about a Sabbath album he doesn’t know anything, but if Tony, Geezer or Dio say anything about an Ozzy album it’s taken as gospel?

From what I have heard from bootlegs and live concerts, I feel that Dio delivers a more accurate vocal performance than Ozzy does. But I feel that on album, ozzy fits the Sabbath sound better. I like ozzy better than Dio, but i think Dio is a better "Vocalist" than Ozzy. From a technical singers standpoint, I feel that Dio has better control over his voice. This is just my opinion, that is why i will often say that Dio is a better singer than ozzy but i would rather listen to Ozzy, especially if were talking about Black Sabbath.

I have an interview disc and Ozzy says that Live Evil, which was release about the same time was recorded six months earlier than the release and that the singing was all stuido made, Ozzy said that SPOTD was recorded and released within a short period of time making it a REAL live album!!

Dude, c’mon! We all love Ozzy but he can’t sing like Dio does live. Let’s not start with all the other stuff Ozzy has said by the way. Whether he has the end all knowledge of Live Evil would seem questionable to me.
