REUNION

Question:

> Most people who are that damn poor would get Just SayOzzy on tape rather > than cd though so they would be only shelling out like $8.00 & not > $17.00 .

A)The discussion was concerning CD’s. B)You’ve seen Just Say Ozzy on cassette? I’ve seen the periodic Ozzy tape at music stores around here, but I have *never* found that one. Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

Response:

Yea, I have Just Say Ozzy on tape & cd myself.

Response:

I figured it was on tape, but I’ve been to every music store that sells tapes around here and *never* see it. It’s not exactly the easiest one to find… Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

Response:

Keep looking, Shiflet. I’m sure you will find it someday on tape & happy hunting.

Response:

> Keep looking, Shiflet. I’m sure you will find it someday on tape & happy > hunting.

I’m not looking for it myself, I just always check the store selections. My point was that JSO isn’t the easiest tape to find… Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

Response:

That’s weird. I see it all over the place all the time in stores up here.

Response:

As sad as it is Shiflet, some people just don’t have 4 more dollars but at least they can enjoy a live album of Ozzy too.

Response:

> As sad as it is Shiflet, some people just don’t have 4 more dollars but > at least they can enjoy a live album of Ozzy too.

If they can spend $17 on JSO, it shouldn’t take them a whole lot longer to scrounge up $4. We’re not talking poverty ridden people here you know… Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

Response:

Sometimes $$$ can be real tight & $4.00 is just a bitch to scrounge for when it comes to feeding your family & paying bills. You might not have been talking about poverty ridden people but I was & some of them like Ozzy too & want to hear him live.

If they’re poverty ridden they shouldn’t be shelling out $17 for a 6 song CD. Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

Another great live Cd is Made In Japan by Deep Purple and Alive! by Kiss. — See Ya Seb "Fat Tony is a cancer on this fair city. He is the cancer and I am the…uh…hey lou…what cures cancer?’ Chief Wiggum The Simpsons

Response:

Live & Loud or Reunion is better than Just Say Ozzy because there is more songs on it but Just Say Ozzy is at least cheaper so fans that don’t have lots of $$$ can enjoy a live album too.

Around here it’s: Just Say Ozzy-$16.99 Reunion-$20.99 Live and Loud-$20.99 Heck, if you can afford to pay for Ozzy, you may as well be able to get $4 more and get the double disc. Danny Shiflet "We plan ahead, that way we don’t have to do anything right now"- Valentine, Tremors

But I’ve always considered the music on Ozzy’s solo stuff better, and no matter how good the production or vocals are on Reunion it won’t change the fact that I *much* prefer his solo stuff… > "The World Is Full Of Kings And Queens,Who Blind Your Eyes Then Steal Your > Dreams,It’s Heaven And Hell!"

Cool, though I kinda suspected we’re in the minority on this one(at least judging by the Ozzy fans on alt.horror…) > ~Katie (who is still lurking around in here.)

One advantage of having a dad who’s into Ozzy: I don’t have to worry about buying Reunion, he will(even better, cause I wouldn’t shell out the cash for a live Sabbath double disc otherwise, esp. when there are several other CD’s, including a double live set, I want more.) same here, should be great!! "The World Is Full Of Kings And Queens,Who Blind Your Eyes Then Steal Your Dreams,It’s Heaven And Hell!"

This is the greatest cd.  It is awesome.  Just went over to Best Buy and picked it up for only $18.99.  A pretty good price.  The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that it was suppossed to be a 40 page booklet and it was only 28.  The sound is great and the 2 new songs kick ass.  If you haven’t bought it yet go but it.  It is so much better than live and loud and a hell of a lot more better than Just Say Ozzy.     Has anyone got the Ozzfest cd yet?  I.m still waiting for mine.  Let me know. Jon

Admittedly, it wouldn’t take much to be better than JSO. OTOH, L&L has his solo stuff which I like far more than the Sabbath stuff, so as for Reunion being better, I’ll have to wait and see. > Has anyone got the Ozzfest cd yet?  I.m still waiting for mine.  Let me know. > Jon
