Look you piece of trash–You wish your funky ass could cash in on something like that. As long as you are working your sorry minimum wage burger flipping worthless piece of trash ass and not writing music, dont criticize Ozzy…bitch! Thank you…drive through.
Response:
I am so sorry that you misunderstood me. I was by no means putting Ozzy down. I think it takes real talent to stay on top of the heap. I think originally, I was sending out a rebuttal to someone for calling Aerosmith a sell out. I was trying to get the point across that there is a time that all Artists see an opportunity and take it. Believe me Ozzy is at the top of my Rock Star ladder. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->WELL, YA GOTTA EXPECT IT. YES…..what a great band….ahh, there’s nothing better than getting a little high and turning on some Floyd. How cool that would be if they did a song together. ~Katie

The question was: "Did Aerosmith cover Paranoid?" >I don’t think they did.
They did, according to Bretzky. (from alt.rock-n-roll.aerosmith) bretzky24 wrote, >Yes Aerosmith did cover that song when i seen them in Hamilton the last >time around. I’m not aware whether it is on a cd or not though. They did >a great version of it too!!!
Really? Ive seen Aerosmit well over 30 times and have yet to see the boys do a Sabbath cover. They do " Love Me 2 Times " by The Doors alot. Also in their encore version of Sweet Emotion during the middle section of the song….they absoulety go 2 town with " Dazed and Confused". And as of late they kick ass doing .." The Immigrant Song "…….But I never seen Aerosmith do a cover of any Sabbath tune. Has anybody

I’m not quite sure, but I think Aerosmith already has covered Paranoid. I’ll ask my ’smith-nut buddy, but I think it was on some live cd of ‘em.

I suppose Kenny Wayne Shepherd is alternative as well. Seriously, though, I think it’s rather pathetic that many people let labels dictate what they think is cool and what sucks. To many people, if something can be called "alternative", then it must suck. An Aerosmith song is played on an "alternative" radio station, so it must therefore suck. I suppose if an "alternative" radio DJ suddenly tried to creep "Crazy Train" into his lineup, then "Crazy Train" must suck as well. I agree on that, totally. I mean, its a shame, I hear "Pink" by Aerosmith all the time on this strictly alternative rock station (I have to listen to it everyday on the damn school bus) and Aerosmith, well, they USED to be anything but ‘alternative rock’! But if you saw their GAP commercial…you can tell they’ve fallen into the ‘alternative’ scene for good.
