As a matter of fact, according to a story that I read on the Black Sabbath newsgroup a few years back, the Ramones opened for Black Sabbath back in 1978 when Ozzy was still the singer. According to the guy who wrote the post, the Ramones were booed and jeered off the stage with bottles being thrown at them. The guy who wrote the post said "as you know, no true Sabbath fan could stomach a joke like the Ramones". But I personally think the Ramones music is fun and energetic. And I also like Black Sabbath and Ozzy as well. So whoever wrote that post over 5 years ago didn’t know what they were talking about.
