Hi Karsten, There is no official word yet of yay or nay, in that respect, that I currently know of. However, MTV has reported that that Ozzy’s management has signed an Ozzfest contract for several years; plus, Ozzy has said at many American shows lately, that *they* be back "later this year". Also, I can’t remember where I may have heard this (anyone who remembers, feel free to help me out here), but it was my understanding that Ozzfest ‘99 starts in Europe. (?) There have also been reports of hints at a new Sabbath album. So.. just putting all this info together, my guess would be that Ozzfest ‘99 may be headed by Sabbath (all original) and begin in Europe like they did for Ozzfest ‘98. This is just speculation on current info, of course. Keep the faith, Karsten! Oh! also, you may already know this, but there is German branch of the Black Sabbath fanclub.
